Delivery

How will my order be delivered?

Your order's delivery method will depend on the size and weight of your order.
Small items are sent by An Post, while larger, heavier orders will be sent by courier, usually Fastway or UPS.
You can see the delivery method at the checkout.

How much is delivery?

Our delivery starts at €6.10 + VAT for standard orders. We try to keep delivery costs as low as possible.

Up to 10kg	€6.10 +VAT
10kg – 20kg	€8.50 +VAT
After 20kg each additional box will be €4.50 +VAT

When will my order be dispatched? When will I receive my goods?

Orders for stock items are normally shipped within 1 working day.
Orders for small items are sent by An Post and usually received within a day or two.
Orders sent by courier are almost always delivered next day. If we receive an order before 2pm we try to ship it the same day for next working day delivery.
Some products have longer lead times which is clearly show on the product page. These items will be dispatched as indicated, usually within 7-8 working days. Often we are able to dispatch these sooner, we will let you know when they are on the way.

Ordering

Orders can be placed online using a credit or debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay & Google Pay. When you have selected the items you wish to buy and added them to your shopping bag, click Checkout and follow the instructions for a straight forward purchase.

Why do some products not show prices? How do I Request a Quote?

We have a large selection of products in stock that are not yet set up for online sales. These items do not show a price on the product page. You can get a price or order these items in two ways.

Request a quote through our online checkout

This is the quickest way if you know the products you need.

On the product page, select the items required, quantity and add to bag.
At the checkout, fill in your contact details. Please include your company or school if applicable.
No payment details are required, you will not be charged.
Click the place order button to send us your quote request.
We will email you a quote with a Stripe payment link. There is no obligation to buy. We will not process an order until you confirm you’d like to purchase.
To order click the Stripe link which will take you to a secure page where you can pay by card.

Click the “request a quote” button to email.
Please include the products you are interested in, the quantity required, your contact details and company name.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, all our prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

If you are a VAT exempt business or have a Northern Ireland VAT number please contact us with your VAT number before ordering.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been processed, we may be able to cancel it before it's dispatched. Please call us on 042 9756696 or email info@mailcraft.ie for more information. Please note that we try to send online orders as soon as possible so your order maybe dispatched within hours.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14 day return policy for private customers, if you are in any way unhappy with any of your purchases, you can return unused goods, in their original packaging, within 14 days for a refund (excluding delivery charges) or exchange. Trade Accounts

Can I set up a Trade Account? Can I order bulk quantities?

We would be delighted to set up a trade account for you and we offer trading terms and competitive trade discounts on bulk orders. Please feel free to contact us to open a trade account.

I have a retail shop, can I set up a wholesale account?

Mailcraft supplies retailers around the country. If you’d like to add our products to your shop, please contact us by email at info@mailcraft.ie or call 0429756696.

We are a school, ASD units or creche, can we set up a school account?

We supply Velcro tape, dots and other products to ASD schools and units throughout Ireland., Schools, creches & ASD units can avail of our school accounts for special offers and trading terms. We would be delighted to set up a school account for you and deliver directly to your school. You can see our most popular products and find information about setting up a school account here. I can't find what I'm looking for on your website. Are all your products featured in your online shop?

Our website only features a selection of the products we have in stock. If you can't find what you're looking for please contact us and we’ll send you details.

I have questions about which product to buy, can you help?

Our customer support & technical team would be happy to help with any questions you have. They can provide expert advice on which products would work best for your project and explain more about any item.

Can you provide testing and advice on adhesive tapes?

We supply a wide range of tapes from general purpose double-sided tapes to highly specialised medical grade tapes. Our technical team can provide samples and help test different tape options for your application.

Can you supply tape & labels for machine application?

If you apply tape or labels using applicator machines, we can supply rolls of tape or labels to fit. Please contact us for further details.

VELCRO® Brand Products

What type of Adhesive Velcro should I choose? What’s the difference between PS14, PS18, PS15 & Heavy Duty?

Self-adhesive or stick-on VELCRO® Brand products come in a range of different adhesive backing types to fit difference applications. The general-purpose adhesive Velcro is PS14, it is suitable for most applications. Click here for more details on the adhesive types. Can I buy VELCRO® Hook tape separately? Can I just buy Velcro Loop?

Yes, the retail packs in the online shop have both hook & loop sides but we can supply the hook or loop sides separately. Simply call or email your request and we’ll get back to you.

Do you supply Velcro for communication boards, image boards, PECS boards for ASD units?

I need a specific VELCRO® Brand product, can you supply it?

As Velcro’s only Premium Distributor in Ireland, we have access to the entire range of VELCRO® Brand products. We have a wide range of Velcro products in stock for immediate despatch. So, if you have a particular product in mind, please contact us with the details.

We need some Velcro pieces in a particular size, can you help? Do you offer a cutting service?

Mailcraft Supplies has an in-house Velcro cutting service. We can cut your chosen Velcro products to custom sizes, either as separate hook or loop pieces or mated (hook & loop joined). Contact our customer care team on 042 9756696 or email info@mailcraft.ie with your requirements.

We would like to use Velcro parts in our new product design, can you give us some technical advice?

Our technical team would be happy to help you with your prototype and answer any Velcro questions you have.
