Returns Policy

We offer a 14 day return policy for private customers, if you are in any way unhappy with any of your purchases, you can return all unused goods, in their original packaging, within 14 days for a refund (excluding delivery charges) or exchange. 


To return your order, please contact Mailcraft Supplies by email on with your order number, the item details and clearly state your intention to return the product.

Customers can then opt to pay the delivery costs involved in returning the item(s) to our premises or alternatively they can drop the goods to our warehouse.


Returning Goods

The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. Refunds will only be paid on the same card/account used to place the order and are for the value of the goods.  The delivery charge will not be refunded.


Conditions for Returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 14 days

  • The goods they are fit for resale and in their original and undamaged packaging.


The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Special order items, goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Any items that have been cut using our cutting service, including any items purchased by the metre where cut from a larger roll.

  • Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.


Cancelling Orders

You may cancel your order at any stage before dispatch by notifying us by phone on 042 9756696 or emailing us at We aim to process your order for dispatch on the same day of receiving it. Consequently, even if you do cancel your order shortly after placing it, it is possible that we may be unable to prevent goods you have ordered being dispatched to you.


Faulty Products

Should the unlikely event occur where you receive faulty items, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt, call 042 9756696 or email: where we will work to quickly resolve the situation and liaise with you on how to return.
